DP on Episode 1 & 3

Steve was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. After graduating with an English/Communications degree from St. Mary’s University, he worked as a camera operator and editor for several production companies. After a year of freelancing, he was accepted into the graduate film program at Florida State University, where he received his MFA in Film Production with a focus in Cinematography.

Since graduating from film school, Steve has served as Director of Photography on numerous commercials, music videos, and shorts. Last year, he shot his first independent feature, a western entitled COWBOY SMOKE, which screened at the 2008 Cannes Film Market and has already sold to several foreign markets. He also recently directed the short film, SHOT, which premiered at the 2008 South by Southwest Film Festival. Steve currently lives in Los Angeles where he’s making the transition to television directing after being selected for the 2008 ABC-DGA Directing Fellowship.
