My week’s felt a little off kilter (or rather, I’ve been feeling that way essentially since April) because I feel like it’s been non-stop travel. This past weekend was the epitome of it when my trip from DC to NYC took 10 hours. I’ll save you the story & leave you with this: I’M NEVER TAKING MEGABUS AGAIN.
On the plus side, my upcoming weekend forecast reads DC, and for that, I’m thankful.
a is for abhorrent | Confession: I’m guilty of a celebrity crush on Zac Efron. It’s his eyes, but unfortunately they in no way revived the terribleness and repetitive nature of Neighbors. It was literally the worst movie I’ve ever seen, so much so that my sister and I even left mid-flick.
b is for bittersweet | My alma mater graduated its senior class last weekend, meaning I’ve officially been an alumna for one year. Boy, does time sure fly, & I’m still not sure how I feel about that.
c is for Capitol Hill Classic | I know I’m supposed to stick with adjectives here, but I’m running my first 10K on Sunday, and (surprise) it’s the Capitol Hill Classic. I’m pretty excited & slightly nervous, so wish me luck!
