Today marks the 3rd Annual Pi(e) Day (3.14), so why not go out and eat some of that sweet goodness while donating to a good cause at the same time!

St. Stephen’s Church, 1525 Newton St. NW, Washington, D.C, will be host to a benefit for Radio CPR 97.5fm, a Washington D.C. community powered radio station., today, Wednesday, March 14, between 6pm and 8:30pm (first come, first serve). For a suggested donation of $5 per person, you get to enjoy all-you-can-eat homemade pies, including banana cream pie with salty bourbon caramel, vegan avocado pie, a bacon onion tart, classic key lime, and a few surprises. There will also be live old-time music and a Pi(e) Walk, where you walk in a circle of circumference 2piR, in which you might take home your very own savory pie!

So you better get there early or you might miss out on the deliciously mathematical celebration!
